At RING_ZERO Technologies, your privacy is our foundation, not a feature. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you participate in our presale, use our website, and interact with our future hardware and software products.

1.1 Presale & Website Data

When you participate in the 0RING presale or use our website, we may collect:

  • Wallet Address: Your Solana wallet address for token distribution
  • Transaction Data: Purchase amount, timestamp, and blockchain transaction hash
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device type, and referral source (for analytics)
  • Communication Data: Email address if you contact us (optional)

1.2 Future Hardware Data (Post-Launch)

RING_ZERO's "Split-Compute" architecture is designed with privacy-first principles:

  • Fingerprint Authentication Data: 0xRING is designed to use locally enrolled fingerprint data for local wallet access. RING_ZERO does not collect fingerprint data or transmit it to RING_ZERO servers.
  • Device Data: Device pairing and operational status may be managed through RING_ZERO Companion without transmitting private keys or recovery phrases to RING_ZERO servers.
  • Hardware Telemetry: Anonymized device diagnostic data, such as battery cycles, firmware version, and error logs, to support system stability.
  • Recovery Data: The user-controlled 24-word wallet recovery phrase remains offline and is never stored by RING_ZERO.
  • Opt-In Data Sharing: You may choose to share optional, anonymized product-usage analytics where that option is presented to you.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use collected information to:

  • Process presale transactions and distribute 0RING tokens
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
  • Improve our website, products, and services
  • Detect and prevent fraud or security threats
  • Comply with legal obligations (KYC/AML if required by jurisdiction)
  • Send important updates about the project (you can opt-out anytime)

3. BLOCKCHAIN & ON-CHAIN DATA

Interactions with the Solana blockchain are public and permanent. Your wallet address and transaction history are visible on public explorers. While we do not link your personal identity to your wallet address, blockchain data is inherently transparent.

Recommendation: Use a dedicated wallet for RING_ZERO activities to maintain pseudonymity.

4. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES

We do NOT sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Service Providers: Payment processors, hosting providers, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Cloudflare)
  • Legal Authorities: If required by law, court order, or to protect our rights
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the services we operate. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure. For 0xRING, private keys are designed to remain within the secure element, while fingerprint verification is used locally for wallet access and is not used to authenticate website sessions.

  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
