Welcome to RING_ZERO Technologies. By accessing our website, participating in the 0RING token presale, or using our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using this website, purchasing 0RING tokens, or purchasing RING_ZERO products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To participate in the presale and use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency transactions are prohibited
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations

Restricted Jurisdictions: U.S. residents may be subject to securities regulations. Consult a legal advisor before participating.

3. 0RING TOKEN PRESALE

3.1 Token Utility

0RING is a utility token designed for use within the RING_ZERO ecosystem. It is NOT:

• An investment contract, security, or financial instrument
• A share or equity in RING_ZERO Technologies
• A promise of future profits or returns
• A guaranteed store of value

Token holders may use 0RING for governance voting, hardware access, and ecosystem participation. Utility is contingent on successful product development and launch.

3.2 No Refunds

All presale purchases are FINAL. Tokens cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned. Transactions on the Solana blockchain are irreversible.

3.3 Token Distribution

Tokens will be distributed to your wallet address following the Token Generation Event (TGE). Distribution timelines are estimates and subject to change due to technical or regulatory factors.

3.4 Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Market Volatility: Token price may fluctuate significantly. You may lose your entire investment.
• Regulatory Risk: Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change, affecting token utility or legality.
• Technology Risk: Smart contracts, blockchain networks, and hardware may contain bugs or vulnerabilities.
• Project Risk: RING_ZERO is in development. There is no guarantee of successful product launch or adoption.
• Liquidity Risk: There is no guarantee that 0RING will be listed on exchanges or maintain liquidity.

4. HARDWARE PRODUCTS (POST-LAUNCH)

4.1 Device Usage

The 0xLENS and 0xRING are experimental consumer electronics. By using them, you acknowledge:

• Augmented reality overlays may be distracting until you become familiar with the device
• Exercise caution when using 0xLENS while driving, operating machinery, or in hazardous situations until you are fully proficient with the interface. Always prioritize physical awareness over AR content.
• Do NOT use 0xLENS while operating machinery in industrial settings without proper training
• The 0xRING contains a lithium battery and should be handled according to safety guidelines
• Fingerprint authentication is a local convenience layer for 0xRING wallet access; the ring access code remains available as a fallback, and each transaction requires deliberate confirmation

4.2 Limited Warranty

Hardware devices come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty does NOT cover:

• Accidental damage, drops, or impact
• Water damage or liquid ingress
• Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or firmware alterations
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, battery degradation)
• Damage caused by third-party accessories or software

To claim warranty service, contact support@ringzero.store with proof of purchase.

4.3 Software License

RING_ZERO Companion and associated software are licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or distributing the software is prohibited.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, code, and designs, is the property of RING_ZERO Technologies and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. "RING_ZERO," "RING_ZERO Companion," "0xLENS," and "0xRING" are trademarks of RING_ZERO Technologies.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. USER CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:

• Use our services for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or financing terrorism
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise our systems or other users' accounts
• Impersonate RING_ZERO staff, developers, or other users
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Manipulate token prices through wash trading, pump-and-dump schemes, or market manipulation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 No Warranties

Our website, tokens, and products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of information
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights

7.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RING_ZERO TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Personal injury or property damage arising from device use
• Losses due to hacking, wallet compromise, or user error
• Regulatory actions, exchange delistings, or token devaluation

YOUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR TOKENS OR HARDWARE (WHICHEVER IS APPLICABLE).

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RING_ZERO Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of our products or services
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your breach of applicable laws

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services (including website, token presale participation, or future hardware services) at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Note: This provision protects RING_ZERO from fraudulent users, regulatory violations, or abuse of our platform. Termination does not affect your ownership of already-purchased tokens or hardware.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Quebec without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered in Canada in accordance with the applicable Arbitration Rules for the time being in force.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION DETAILS:

• The seat of the arbitration shall be Quebec, Canada.
• The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator.
• The language of the arbitration shall be English or French.

By using our services, you waive any objection to jurisdiction in Canada on grounds of venue or forum non conveniens. This choice of jurisdiction ensures clarity and regulatory stability for our global community of token holders and future hardware users.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

RING_ZERO is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, natural disasters, blockchain network failures, or cyber attacks.

12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements you enter into with RING_ZERO, constitute the entire agreement between you and RING_ZERO Technologies regarding the use of our services.
